Outline of Research at the Start

周産期における母体への麻酔薬曝露時には，胎盤を介した胎児麻酔薬曝露が問題となる．
薬剤の胎盤移行性には，胎盤に発現する輸送担体のトランスポーターを介した能動的輸送も関わっており，周術期に使用される薬剤が，副次的に各種トランスポーターの機能を促進・阻害することも明らかとなってきた．本研究の目的は，トランスポーター機能制御を介して、胎児麻酔薬曝露を最小限化する「麻酔薬 ＋ 妊娠期に投与可能とされる薬」の最適な組み合わせを探求し，新たな妊産婦周術期麻酔管理戦略を確立する
