高齢者において手術後せん妄は頻発する合併症であり、その予防が重要である。我々は以下の研究を行い、科学的に妥当性の高い「せん妄予防バンドル」を開発・検証する計画を立てた。１．既存のエビデンスを統合し、介入単独および組み合わせ効果を推定する（コンポーネント・ネットワークメタ解析）。２．最も有望な予防バンドルの提示とその効果検証（要因デザイン・ランダム化比較試験）。
