Outline of Research at the Start

手術室で全身麻酔直後の抜管を行う際に、どの程度の二酸化炭素濃度を保つことが喉頭気道の開通性を維持するのに最適かを確かめる研究である。
声門上器具で維持する全身麻酔を必要とする小手術で声門上器具にファイバースコープを挿入し、筋弛緩を拮抗する。その際の声門の動きを記録・解析を行う。
無作為比較試験を計画しており、呼気終末二酸化炭素高濃度群と低濃度群に群分けしそれぞれの声門活動を記録する。
