Outline of Research at the Start	非心臓手術後の心筋傷害は約15％の患者に生じ、患者予後と関係している。最新の欧州の非心臓手術における評価と管理に関するガイドラインでは心筋トロポニンを測定することを強く推奨している。しかし、本邦ではその実態すら明らかではないため、今回本邦における心筋傷害の発生率を調査し、患者リスクおよび手術リスクとの関係を明らかにすることで、心筋トロポニンを測定すべき対象患者を同定する。また、心筋傷害の原因のひとつとして術中低血圧が注目されており、欧米では術中の平均動脈圧<65 mmHgの低血圧が心筋傷害を含めて関係していることが示唆されているが、本邦の患者においての締結あるの閾値を明らかにする。
