Outline of Research at the Start

高齢化や特定薬剤の使用増加、超音波検査の普及で無症候性DVT検出が増加。術後肺塞栓のリスクから抗凝固療法が積極化するも、エビデンス不足で施設差が大きい。研究者は、術前DVT検出の新規スコアを開発・運用中である。本研究では、沖縄県で①DVTの実態調査、②スコアの前向き検証を行う。目的は、スコアの妥当性評価とDVT管理の標準化である。
