Outline of Research at the Start

当院においても周術期管理チームという多職種連携チーム活動が始まっているが、昨今の流れとして、周術期管理の多職種連携による効率化や安全管理は今後のテーマになってくると思われる。局所麻酔薬を徐放化して周術期の優れた鎮痛方法を目指しつつ、オピオイド使用量を減らして術後の嘔気を減らすことや入院期間を短縮するような試みへ繋げられることを目標としている。周術期管理の中での術後鎮痛という部分の質を上げることで周術期の様々な合併症管理にメリットを生み出し、安全な管理を目指す一方で入院期間短縮などの医療経済効果を狙いたい。
