Outline of Research at the Start

間欠的定時投与法(PIEB)や患者自己調節鎮痛法(PCEA)による無痛分娩を行った母児での麻酔薬血中濃度を測定し、出生時の児の健康状態（Apgar scoreや臍帯動脈血ガスpH・呼吸補助の有無など）との関係について明らかにする。
また、無痛分娩中に帝王切開に移行し、より高濃度の薬剤を投与した際の麻酔薬濃度が出生児に与える影響について検討する。
様々な設定でのPIEBとPCEAでの無痛分娩を比較することで、安全な無痛分娩の薬剤投与方法を探索する。
