Outline of Research at the Start

申請者は慢性痛時に内因性鎮痛機能が低下する機序に関する研究を行ってきた。その過程で注意欠陥多動性障害（ADHD）のモデル動物では、内因性鎮痛が減弱していることを見出した。そこで今回の申請の目的は以下の2つとする。
【目的１】ADHDモデルラット（SHR）を用いて、青斑核から脊髄後角に投射するノルアドレナリン作動性下行性抑制系、および腹側被蓋野から側坐核に投射する中脳辺縁ドパミン神経系の機能を調べる。
【目的２】慢性痛患者において内因性鎮痛機能を調べADHDとの関連性を検討する。
慢性痛とADHDとの関連を基礎・臨床の両面から調べることで、新たな慢性痛の機序を提唱する。
