Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、①ラット熱中症モデルを用いて重症熱中症の病態への血管内皮グリコカリックス障害の関与について解析し、②水素療法による血管内皮グリコカリックスの保護効果について解析することにより、熱中症における新規治療法を確立する。また本研究により血管内皮グリコカリックス障害が重症熱中症の治療のターゲットとなることが明らかになれば、水素療法と併用できる新規治療法の開発へとつなげることが可能となる。
