Outline of Research at the Start

我々は、国内で頭蓋内動脈解離に関する最大のゲノムコホートを構築しており、先行研究に報告されたPHACTR1、EDN1、EDNRA, LRP1の候補遺伝子の検証を行う。日本人の脳動脈解離のゲノム解析結果と欧米人ゲノム解析結果（CADISP研究）を統合したのち、日本人に最適の遺伝的リスクモデルやバイオマーカーを開発する。申請者ら所属施設である国立循環器病研究センターが管理する日本脳卒中データバンクが構築しているEDCを拡張し、脳動脈解離の実臨床を反映した急性期治療のほか、画像所見や機能転帰、再発などの臨床情報のデータ収集を行う。
