Outline of Research at the Start

敗血症のうち発熱を伴わないタイプは死亡率が高いとされます。本研究では、こうした患者に対する加温治療がどのように免疫の働きを改善するのかを明らかにすることを目指します。最先端の細胞・分子解析技術（CyTOFやLUMINEXなど）を用いて、動物モデルで免疫の変化を詳しく調べます。また、免疫を活性化する補助薬との併用効果も検討し、治療効果のさらなる向上を目指します。体温という日常診療で扱いやすい指標を活用するこの研究は、医療現場に直結する新たな敗血症治療法の開発につながることが期待されます。
