Outline of Research at the Start

研究の概要として、①肝細胞壊死に伴う二次性細胞死のメカニズムおよび肝細胞-単球相互作用の寄与メカニズムの解明として、二次性肝障害・細胞死に寄与するメカニズムをin vitro/in vivo実験系で同定し、②次段階として、集中治療室で経験する急性肝不全において、先のメカニズムを臨床検体の解析により検証する。そして、③肝移植を要した肝臓終末期障害像の病理組織学的な評価により、①、②の知見の検証を行う。
