Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、心筋虚血・再灌流モデル動物にて、心臓マイクロダイアリシス法を用いて虚血心筋局所のカテコラミンやミオグロビンの動態をモニターすることにより、SGLT2阻害薬が心筋虚血・再灌流障害においてどのようなメカニズムで、心筋保護効果を発揮するかを明らかにすることを目的とする。
