Outline of Research at the Start

敗血症におけるDAMPsとNETs、およびそれらのクロストークについて、その発生源、活性化、放出、機能を明確に把握することは、敗血症の病態生理を理解し、新規の敗血症治療薬を開発する上で極めて重要である。本研究では、CLPによる敗血症モデルにおけるNinj1の関与をノックアウトマウスを用いて検討するほか、我々のグループが作成した新規炎症制御分子Ninj1のペプチド徐放粒子を用いて、敗血症の治療への可能性を検討する。
