Outline of Research at the Start

敗血症における腸管の恒常性破綻に着目し、IL-22およびIL-22BPが腸管免疫・腸内細菌叢・細胞内シグナルに与える影響を明らかにする。免疫細胞解析や細菌叢のメタゲノム解析、シグナル伝達経路の評価を通じて、敗血症特有の病態におけるIL-22の役割を検証し、治療標的としての可能性を探る。
