心肺蘇生後や脳卒中、頭部外傷などの急性期に脳神経の機能予後や損傷の程度を把握することは重要であるが血液検査といった簡便で定量的な検査で予測する報告は少ない。
そこで本研究は蘇生後脳症やくも膜下出血後の血液中のGAP-43を測定し、機能予後との関連性について解析を目的とする。これにより血中GAP-43値が新しい脳損傷のバイオマーカーとなる可能性を探る。①蘇生後脳症患者の血液を経時的に採取し、既に機能予後と相関が報告された血中Neuron Specific Enolase (NSE) とGAP-43をELISA法で測定し、3ヶ月後の機能予後と比較する。②くも膜下出血患者においても同様の検討を行う。
