Outline of Research at the Start	膠芽腫は予後不良の悪性脳腫瘍であり、有効な新規治療法の開発が急務と考えられている。近年、CAR-T/NK細胞療法が膠芽腫でも注目されているが、治療効果は限定的である。治療効果が限定的である理由として、①腫瘍特異的抗原の発現の不均一性、②膠芽腫がもつ免疫抑制性の微小環境が挙げられている。今回我々は膠芽腫に対するCAR-T/NK細胞療法の開発の試みの中で、効果が限定的であるとされる前述の2つの理由を解決するべく、膠芽腫の腫瘍特異的抗原の最適化を試みると同時に、膠芽腫がもつ免疫抑制性の微小環境を解析し、CAR-T/NK細胞療法の治療効果を改善させる試みを行う。
