Outline of Research at the Start	脳卒中は罹患率が増え、高介護度が問題となっており、脳卒中後のリハビリテーションの重要性が増している。一方、腸脳相関と中枢性疾患の関連が注目されているが腸内細菌叢のバランスに注目した脳卒中診療は臨床レベルには応用されていない。本研究では、便移植の手法を用いて、脳卒中患者の腸内細菌叢のバランスを改善し、リハビリテーションによる神経機能改善への影響をメカニズムの解明と臨床効果の両面から明らかにする。
