Outline of Research at the Start

変形性股関節症に対しては保存的治療で対処が困難な場合、人工関節置換術などが施行される。しかし、軟骨再生などの再生医療は確立されていない。
本研究では、空間トランスクリプトーム解析を用い、軟骨再生の微小環境における細胞間クロストークを調べ、そのメカニズムを解明し、より再生に有利な条件を探索する。また、iPS細胞を用いた関節軟骨修復モデルの妥当性を評価し、よりよいモデルの確立を目指す。
