Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、粘液型脂肪肉腫特異的キメラがんタンパクFUS::DDIT3を介した腫瘍関連機構の解析として、1. FUS::DDIT3の新規下流分子群の同定とそれらの機能の解明、2. FUS::DDIT3のサーカディアンリズムへの影響とそれに起因する腫瘍関連機構の検討、3. FUSのRNA結合能に着目したFUS::DDIT3の新規腫瘍関連機能の検索、を行い、さらにそれらに関わる分子群から新規治療標的として有望なものを検索・同定する。また、この粘液型脂肪肉腫をモデルとして得た分子機序の知見から、他の骨軟部腫瘍の新規治療法開発にも応用できるものを見出していく。
