Outline of Research at the Start

変形性膝関節症で痛みが出る立位や歩行時の軟骨・半月板の状態を解明するため、我々が開発した3D MRI解析システムによる軟骨・半月板評価と、我々が保有する超小型プローブおよびfusion imagingシステム搭載超音波装置を用いて、立位や歩行時の軟骨・半月板を解析する。本研究により再生医療を含めた新規治療法開発につなげ、変形性膝関節症の病態解明を行う。
