Outline of Research at the Start	OPLLの骨化伸長の指標となるバイオマーカーを同定するとともに、IL-23/IL-17A経路を標的とした新規治療法開発の基盤構築を目指す。また、強直性脊椎炎の治療薬であるIL-17A受容体阻害薬の後縦靭帯骨化症への応用可能性を探ることで、新たな治療戦略の開発に挑戦する。これらの包括的なアプローチにより、後縦靭帯骨化症の骨化巣伸長メカニズムの解明と革新的な治療法の開発に向けた科学的基盤の構築を創出する。
