Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、NKG2Dを抗原認識部位とするCAR-T細胞（NKG2D-CAR-T）の滑膜肉腫を中心とした難治性軟部肉腫に対する治療効果を検討する。細胞株および臨床検体におけるNKG2Dリガンドの発現を解析し、サイトカインや抗がん剤などによる発現誘導の可能性も評価する。さらに、新たな共刺激シグナルを導入したCARを開発し、その抗腫瘍効果をin vitroおよびin vivoで検証する。
