Outline of Research at the Start	悪性骨腫瘍では、広範切除術が標準術式である。広範切除を行う場合には、骨に付着する筋肉の停止部（筋腱付着部）ごと切除する必要があった。申請者らの研究グループでは、これまでに液体窒素を用いた患肢再建法を開発し、殺細胞化した骨組織を再利用することで、処理骨の骨再生が期待できるほか、靭帯や関節包といった軟部組織を処理骨に縫着させることが可能であり、術後患肢機能の向上が期待できる。本研究においては、３つの異なる「筋-腱-処理骨」複合体再建モデルを作成し、その比較を行うことで、より良い患肢機能温存のための術式選択につながり、患者の機能予後に大きな福音をもたらすことが可能となる。
