Outline of Research at the Start

MSC移植は市中医療機関でも保険外診療として盛んに実施されるようになっているが、培養方法や手技、品質の統一が不可能であり、その有効性を科学的に評価することが困難な状況にある。本研究は、移植細胞製造のオートメーション化に向け、MSCの増殖と生存、完全性を維持する上で最小の要求物質の特定、MSCの生存や増殖の過程で代謝される低分子、サイトカインやmiRNAの変化に関する知見の集積、中空糸内透析培養で使用されたMSCの性状解析をおこなう。
