| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は通常診療で実施する月1回の血液検査、尿検査、3か月の1回の画像検査に加え、月1回の血液検査、尿検査によるペントシジン値、と自記式アンケートによるADL、QOL調査、3か月に1回の血液検査、尿検査による骨代謝マーカー測定を研究目的で実施する。血液検査では通常より10mLの血液を採取する。自記式アンケートは患者担当医がペントシジン採血当日に実施する。
多発性骨髄腫患者において、ペントシジン値、単純CT検査、患者アウトカムとしてのADL、QOL調査を経時的に測定する。調査のタイミングは後述のスケジュール表の通りである。
