Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は肉腫における症例試料の確保、発現データの整備、そして他癌で成功を収めている最新研究手法を取り入れて研究を推進することで、現在の希少がん患者の早期救済への最良の術かつ次世代への一歩であるとの着想に至った。肉腫のシングルセル解析・空間的ゲノム解析と結果とC-CATの相互活用により、当院が20年間かけて構築した「希少がん」の研究体制と研究基盤を軸に、本邦での骨軟部腫瘍の新たな治療手段の確立に挑む研究である。
