Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではウサギ大腿骨に骨欠損を作成し、その骨欠損部に骨セメントを充填するinduced membrane techniqueモデルを用いる。炭酸ガス経皮吸収療法を行う群と行わない群（空気を投与）を作成し、炭酸ガス経皮吸収療法がinduced membraneの性質にどのような影響を与えるか、induced membrane techniqueモデルにおいて自家骨移植の骨再生を促進するか、induced membrane techniqueモデルにおいてBMP2含有人工骨の骨再生を促進するかを明らかにする。
