Outline of Research at the Start

悪性骨軟部腫瘍では、表面抗原に対する有効的な治療法は確立されていない。我々は①悪性骨軟部腫瘍におけるGPR64の特異的発現、②GPR64抗体の生体内での腫瘍特異的集積性、③GPR64抗体-IR700複合体によるin vitroでの肉腫細胞の良好な殺細胞効果をすでに掴んでいる。本研究では、GPR64の細胞外ドメインに対する立体構造特異的抗体を構築し、抗GPR64-IR700複合体を作成、GPR64発現悪性骨軟部腫瘍に対する光免疫療法の確立を目指す。
