Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では転移性骨腫瘍の患者さんを対象に、低侵襲で高感度に骨転移を診断、病勢評価できるマーカーの開発を目指す。本研究では原発巣になく、骨転移病巣と骨転移時の血液検体で一致する特有の変異を独自に開発したリキッドバイオプシーの手法を用いて同定し骨転移に対する病勢評価のためのバイオマーカーとしての有用性を検討する。また、骨転移の臨床検体より患者由来がんオルガノイドモデル（PDO）を樹立し、骨転移特有の因子を手術検体、血液検体、PDOの三者を用いて解析し、骨転移病勢評価マーカーの開発および新規治療標的の探索を行い、予後改善を目指す。
