Outline of Research at the Start	Enfortumab vedotin療法を受ける尿路上皮がん患者の血中を循環するDNAを調べる。Enfortumab vedotinが奏効した患者群と奏効しなかった患者群でそれぞれが持つ遺伝子変異を比較する。また、同一患者内で連続的に血液検体を採取することで、Enfortumab vedotin抵抗性獲得前後の遺伝子変異を比較する。以上により、Enfortumab vedotinの治療効果を予測しうるバイオマーカーの候補を抽出することを目指す研究である。
