Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、HSPC細胞にARSIを曝露し、時間経過と共にゲノム上に形成される「スーパーエンハンサー」を検出する。既に得られている「CRPC・機能性RNA発現プロファイル」と、今回新たに作成した「tNEPC・原発巣/肝転移巣・機能性RNA発現プロファイル」の発現情報を、時間経過と共に形成される「スーパーエンハンサー」領域にマッピングする事で、機能性RNA分子の時間的階層性を明らかにする事が可能である。HSPC細胞からtNEPC細胞へ移行する際、極初期に強力に転写される機能性RNA分子は、本疾患の「マスター分子」であり、治療標的分子であると考える。
