Outline of Research at the Start

前置胎盤は分娩時に重篤な母児合併症を引き起こすが、その発症機序は不明であり、未だ予防や早期診断法が確立されていない。本研究では、バイオバンクに蓄積された母児試料および臨床情報を活用し、ゲノムを中心としたオミクス解析を実施する。得られた知見を周産期管理に応用することで、前置胎盤のリスク予測、病態解明、さらには新たな予防・治療戦略の構築を目指す。
