Outline of Research at the Start

近年、血液中を循環する腫瘍細胞（Circulating tumor cell：CTC）や腫瘍由来のDNA
（circulating tumor DNA：ctDNA）を抽出・解析する方法が確立され、liquid biopsyと総称されている。我々は、CTCの抽出力を高めるために産学共同でsoft micropore filter（S-MPF）を新規開発した。そして、学内で他診療科とともに臓器横断的な「CTC戦略会議」を立ち上げ,肺癌領域におけるその有用性について報告してきた。今回、卵巣癌におけるS-MPFの有用性について検討を行う。
