Outline of Research at the Start

子宮内膜症は罹患率が高く、子宮内膜症による卵巣予備能の低下は不妊症の主要な原因の一つとされている。特に、原始卵胞の過剰な活性化とその結果としての枯渇が卵巣予備能低下に深く関与しているが、その詳細なメカニズムは未解明である。本研究では、レーザーマイクロダイセクション技術を用い、卵胞を形成する卵母細胞、前顆粒膜細胞、顆粒膜細胞における遺伝子変化を精密に解析し、子宮内膜症に起因する原始卵胞活性化のメカニズムを明らかにすることを目指す。また、これに基づいた原始卵胞の活性化を抑制する新規治療薬の開発を試みる。
