Outline of Research at the Start

妊娠高血圧腎症(preeclampsia:PE)におけるオートファジー不全と母児免疫寛容メカニズム誘導の破綻に血清中凝集タンパクがどのように関与するのかを検討する。
このために、（1）PE妊婦末梢血APCから凝集タンパクを検出する　（2）in vitroにて絨毛セルライン由来の凝集タンパクをAPCに取り込ませ,DCあるいはMφの機能異常,そしてTreg機能との相関関係を解明する.
