Outline of Research at the Start

本課題では卵巣癌化学療法のkey drugであるシスプラチンに抵抗性を有するメカニズムのうち、ROSに着目し、シスプラチンにGSK-3β阻害薬を併用することで治療抵抗性を打破できるのではないかと仮説をたてた。化学療法抵抗性を示す卵巣明細胞癌に対する新規治療法を確立することを目標とする。
