Outline of Research at the Start

低血糖発症児は精神神経発達が抑制され、将来の生活習慣病や肥満の発症率も高くなる。このように新生児低血糖を引き起こすことは長期的な健康に悪影響を与える可能性がある。近年，頻回な穿刺を必要とせず、自動的かつ定期的にグルコース値を測定／記録できるCGMが導入され、GDM合併妊婦では夜間の高血糖がLGA発症率を上げることが報告された。そこで、本研究の目的はCGMによる血糖プロファイルと新生児低血糖との関連を明らかにすることである。新生児低血糖を引き起こすような血糖プロファイルが明らかになれば、新生児低血糖を引き起こさない管理方法を確立する足がかりになりうる。
