Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、妊娠高血圧腎症（PE）発症の分子基盤として注目される胎盤幹細胞の酸化ストレス応答に着目し、ADORA2B遺伝子の発現抑制がどのように細胞死（フェロトーシス）を誘導するかを解明する。shRNA導入と3D培養モデルにより細胞構造の変化を解析し、cfDNAメチル化解析と組み合わせることで、PEの予測および予防戦略の構築に貢献することを目的とする。
