Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、「子宮筋収縮の起点はどこか」、「内輪筋と外縦筋の収縮がどのように生理的子宮筋蠕動に関わるのか」という学術的問いに対して、今回明らかにしたマウス子宮筋の新規メッシュ構造が、「①子宮収縮の起点に関与する特殊構造であり」、さらに「②内輪筋と外輪筋を橋渡しすることでその筋収縮を巧妙に調節する役割を果たす」という仮説をたて検証を行い、女性の妊孕性に密接にかかわり臨床的にも重要なこれらの課題を考究する。
