Outline of Research at the Start	がんウイルス療法は、がん細胞を直接破壊しつつ抗腫瘍免疫も誘導する新たながん治療法として注目されている。中でもワクシニアウイルスは、全身投与が可能で多様ながん種に応用できる特長を持つ。我々はこれまでに、がん特有のシグナル異常を利用し、がん細胞で特異的に複製する遺伝子改変ワクシニアウイルス（MDRVV）を開発してきた。本研究では、伝搬能力を強化したMDRVVを用い、卵巣がんモデルにおける有効性を検証する。
