| Outline of Research at the Start |
日本には子宮頸がん患者が多く、中でも宮崎県は全国一の罹患率である。一方で有効な予防対策（HPVワクチンとがん検診）が普及した国々では子宮頸がんは減少している。一方日本ではそれら予防対策の普及が不十分であり子宮頸がんが多い原因となっている。そこで県民と大学生を対象に子宮頸がん予防に関するアンケート調査を行う。その結果から県民に不足している知識を明らかにし、それらの情報とナッジ理論による受診行動に繋がる要素を取り入れた勧奨通知案を作成する。そしてそれら内容を含む勧奨を行うことで県民の受診行動に繋げる。最終的にはがん検診受診・ワクチンの接種率を向上させ子宮頸がん罹患率の減少を目指す。
