Outline of Research at the Start

免疫チェックポイント阻害薬（以下ICI）が難治癌の予後改善に寄与するには耐性化機構の解明と克服が必要である。MDSCは幼若な好中球様の骨髄由来細胞であり、CD8陽性T細胞を抑制し、癌の治療抵抗性にも関与する。最近、Lectin-like oxidized LDL receptor-1(LOX-1)がMDSCの表面マーカーであり免疫抑制能に関与が報告され、CRPとも結合することが報告されている。本研究では、ICIを投与した子宮頸癌症例を対象に、CRPおよびLOX-1陽性MDSCが治療効果に与える影響を明らかにすると共に、免疫抑制能に与える影響をIn vitroおよびIn vivoで検討する。
