Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、①頭頸部癌患者における自然リンパ球ポピュレーションの解明、②自然リンパ球と腫瘍細胞との相互作用の解明、③自然リンパ球のバイオマーカーとしての有用性の検証、④自然リンパ球を標的としたがん免疫療法の開発を行う。悪性腫瘍における自然リンパ球の分布や機能に関しては未知の部分が多く、新規治療標的として期待されている。本研究では、シングルセル解析や空間トランスクリプトーム解析といった新規手法を用いて、頭頸部癌微小環境および全身免疫系における自然リンパ球を網羅的に解析することで、新規バイオマーカーやがん免疫療法の開発を目指す。
