Outline of Research at the Start

難治性の慢性鼻副鼻腔炎にはしばしば鼻茸という炎症性のポリープが生じます。これらでは細胞表面の線毛運動の周期性（PCP）の障害が生じ、治療抵抗性の原因となっています。そこで本研究では、1）好酸球性炎症を惹起するtype2炎症下でPCPシステムの障害機序から、鼻茸形成に至る過程の解析、2）線毛細胞におけるNO産生による線毛運動賦活化とPCP維持機構のクロストーク解析、3）これらの病態が鼻腔NO濃度の測定によりモニタリングが可能であるか、4）臨床効果と関連付ける創傷治癒過程における変調因子の解明、を目的としています。
