Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、腫瘍特異抗体である抗EGFR抗体と蛍光化合物であるIRDye800CW（もしくはIRDye680RD）を用いた蛍光イメージング技術により、頭頸部癌における微小リンパ節転移を早期かつ確実に同定できるかを実証し、実臨床での予防郭清の省略につなげることを目的とする。そのために、前臨床モデルにおいて微小リンパ節転移に対する蛍光イメージングの有用性を検証し、その後に従来のセンチネルリンパ節生検によるリンパ節同定法と比較検討する。
