Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、問診に依存するPPPD診断の客観化と、治療選択の個別化を目指した探索的研究である。視覚刺激重心動揺検査、聴性中間反応（MLR）、血漿中BDNFを組み合わせ、病態に基づくサブタイプ分類を行う。多施設共同による大規模症例で治療反応性を解析し、分類ごとの最適治療法を探索する。本研究により、従来「めまい症」とされていた未分類疾患群の明確な診断と治療戦略が可能となり、将来的な標準治療指針策定への基礎となることが期待される。
