Outline of Research at the Start

パキコロイドは脈絡膜外層血管の拡張を伴う脈絡膜肥厚を意味する。光線力学的療法(PDT)は、パキコロイド所見の改善に有効であるが、その機序や長期的な安全性については完全には解明されていない。本研究では、パキコロイド疾患である中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症とサル正常眼に対するPDT前後の脈絡毛細血管板や渦静脈の形態的変化を評価することによって、PDT後にパキコロイド所見が改善する機序やその安全性について検討する。
