Outline of Research at the Start

角膜上皮幹細胞は角膜輪部に存在し、角膜の恒常性維持に必須である。本研究では、10x Genomics社のVisium HDを用い、ヒト角膜FFPE標本に対して空間トランスクリプトミクス解析を行う。シングルセル解像度で遺伝子発現の空間的マッピングを行い、角膜幹細胞の分化階層やニッチ構造を明らかにする。得られた知見は、角膜輪部機能不全の病態理解や新規治療標的の同定に資することが期待される。
