Outline of Research at the Start

掻痒や疼痛などの症状が特に強いケロイドの辺縁部は、細胞増殖や炎症が中心部に比べて強く、ケロイドの病態の核心はこのケロイド組織の辺縁部にあると考え、辺縁部のRNAシークエンスを行い、正常皮膚およびケロイド中央部と比較する。また、ケロイド辺縁部由来とケロイド中央部由来、正常皮膚由来の組織を粉砕し、遠心分離器でECM と細胞に分離する。それらを免疫不全動物に移植し、移植後4 週、6 週、8 週でサンプリングを行い、組織学的検索を行う。また、その組織のRNA シークエンス解析を行う。
